First Kiss Friday

Every Friday I share the first kiss from a book. This week it’s Redhead in a Blue Convertible by Ivan Scott.
Austenland for lovers of romantic comedies.

Sarah looked at Billy, and her smile faded into a serious glare. He was about to ask what was wrong, but she never gave him the chance. She grabbed the lapels of his jacket and jerked him to her. Their faces inches apart, she whispered seductively, “Screw the promise. Daddy always liked you anyway.”
She kissed him hard as both moaned in pleasure. The moment they both fantasized about was now a powerful reality.
They quickly released, looked at each other in stunned beauty, then met each other’s lips again for round two. Billy knocked Sarah’s ball cap off her head, while Sarah’s hands ran up and down behind his neck.
Just as he tried to take control of the moment, she backed away and looked at him with the same intense glare. “The bloody hell you are,” and suddenly grasped him tighter, then twisted him so his back was on the Yukon and there was no place to retreat. To his surprise, she now ruled the moment, and it was useless to resist.
