Christmas Interview with Anise Storm

With New Year’s Eve and her thirtieth birthday fast approaching, best-selling author Calista Grant has a hard time envisioning actually doing something for herself. At the urging of her closest friends, she books herself a once in lifetime vacation, trading the chaos of Boston for the serene tranquility of the Caribbean. Once in paradise, she makes the decision to drop her guard and finally let loose.

Enter two bachelors, with demons of their own to vanquish. Zane Rhodes, a successful architect, is on a path of self-destruction after a tragic loss. In denial regarding his own issues, resort owner, Xavier Rivera, invites his best friend to spend the holiday with him in paradise. Once there, they both meet Calista and are immediately captivated. Used to sharing everything, including women, they set out to seduce the innocent brunette and fulfill her deepest fantasies. Neither is prepared for what happens next, though, as the two Dominants find themselves not only battling each other, but their own demons as well. Will they be able to save their friendship before the reality of the three ends the fantasy forever?

ANISE STORM

What is your favorite scene/moment in your book?

My favorite scene would be when Calista goes back to Xavier’s room and while they are making out, she realizes they are not as alone as she thought. Zane and Xavier then seduces her.

Does your heroine prefer a real or artificial tree for Christmas?

She would prefer an artificial tree because she is very low maintenance.

What’s the one present your hero least wants to open Christmas morning?

Anything that doesn’t involve a toy for their playroom.

Would your hero hang mistletoe?

Most definitely, and they would make sure they caught Calista under it often, too.

What scene did you adore writing in this book?

I loved the scene that took place at the fancy ball, then later in the plane.

What is your heroine’s favorite Christmas tradition?

She loves to sit in front of a roaring fire with a mug of hot chocolate while watching the snow.

Does your hero love or hate snow?

They hate snow which is why they escaped to his Caribbean resort.

For Christmas, will you be having turkey, goose, ham, prime rib, or something else?

I normally have turkey and ham on Christmas.

What’s the strangest Christmas tradition your family does to celebrate?

I don’t have any strange traditions that I can think of.

EXCERPT
CAPTIVATING NIGHTS

He returned to kissing her leisurely, as if he had all the time in the world to strip her naked and fuck her. Just when she thought he would continue with this excruciatingly slow pace all night, he captured one of her exposed nipples between his teeth. Moaning against his lips, her eyes flew open to find Xavier still kissing her. How could that be? If his mouth was on hers then who was currently suckling on her nipple? The man was good, but not that good.

Tensing, she immediately pulled her mouth away, looking down her body to find a pair of arctic blue eyes staring directly up at her. It was the man she’d seen from her balcony. What the hell is he doing here?

Releasing her nipple from his mouth with a wet pop, he straightened, raising himself to full height. She began to feel surrounded and dwarfed by these two men. There was just so much male in the room. Her first instinct was to cover her breasts, which she quickly did, earning a scowl from the blond stranger.

“Calista, I’d like you to meet Zane. Z for short.”

Cali looked back and forth at both men, taking a few steps sideways to collect her thoughts. She had no idea what was going on, but the night took on an alarming note. Fighting back a small panic attack, she gauged the distance to the door.

Xavier stepped toward her, tipping her chin up with his long fingers. “Don’t go, belleza.” His eyes were completely mesmerizing, as was his voice. She felt her body’s reaction to him in every pulse of her clit.

“I-I don’t understand. I…” she stammered, her voice drifting off. The two of them acted as if they did this little routine together often. As if encroaching on the other man’s territory, however temporary, was the most natural thing in the world. She was aware there were men who liked to share women. Granted, she’d never met anyone like that, but she’d heard enough about them from friends like Emily.

Already, she could imagine her best friend’s response to this situation. If Emily even believed her to begin with. Cali was having a difficult time taking it all in.

“Have you ever been with two men at the same time?”

Cali’s head spun around as Zane spoke. His voice was as heavily accented as his counterpart, though he didn’t sound or look Spanish. Her eyes were drawn to his chest and she couldn’t help but stare at the impressive expanse of muscle. To meet one perfect male was luck, but two was unbelievable. It was even more unbelievable that they both wanted her.

Unable to speak, she merely shook her head in response.

“Together we can bring you a great deal of pleasure, Calista.”
